Developing a Repository of UK Care Home RCTs
DACHA Work Package 2 involves the development of a repository of individual participant data (IPD) from randomised controlled trials conducted in UK care homes. Led by Lisa Irvine at University of Hertfordshire and Jenni Burton at University of Glasgow, the work will be a lasting legacy of the DACHA project. The repository will become part of the Virtual Trials Archive where the pooled, anonymised, IPD will be made available for novel exploratory analyses. In this ten minute video (featured at the virtual HSRUK2020 conference), Lisa outlines the plans for the repository during the DACHA study and beyond. 17 June 2020.
